Held the day after Chestertons Polo in the Park, where guests experienced world-class hospitality in the Chestertons Suite, the Summit continued the spirit of energy and connection.

Set in an exclusive members club in Mayfair, the event welcomed delegates from across the UK, UAE, Iraq, India, Cyprus, France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Romania, and Caribbean markets, including St Lucia, Grenada, Bermuda, and Antigua. The summit session covered global real estate trends, cross-market opportunities, and strategic insights from key regions, with dedicated content tailored to both sales and lettings professionals.

Notable contributions came from Chestertons UK and MENA teams, alongside valued partners Relevance PR and the International Multiple Listing Service. Special highlights included focused sessions on the London and Dubai markets, offering practical intelligence for global agents and investors alike.
