Jeffrey’s Training in Rwanda GoFundMe

Teachers in Rwanda face incredible challenges such as under-funded training, few resources in their classrooms and low attendance rates of students.  Many schools in Rwanda do not receive adequate funding and their teachers do not receive enough training and so rely on any help they can receive from other sources.

In the summer of 2019 I will be going to Rwanda for one month to work closely with teachers, leading training workshops and coaching these teachers through improvements to their teaching practice.  In order to participate in this project I will need to raise a total sum of $3000 to cover my airfare, vaccinations and training fees.

I plan to contribute $1500 from my savings and I am hoping to raise the rest through sponsorship and fundraising events. I would be extremely grateful if you would consider sponsoring me.
