Media Advisory: Natural Resources Canada/Government of Canada to Announce Additional Measures to Mitigate Wildfire Risk in BC

OTTAWA, ONTARIO–(EMWNews – Aug. 20, 2008) –

On Wednesday, August 20th, the Honourable Chuck Strahl, Minister of Indian 
and Northern Development on behalf of the Honourable Gary Lunn, Minister of 
Natural Resources Canada, will announce additional measures to mitigate 
wildfire risk in Mountain Pine Beetle affected First Nation Communities in 
British Columbia.
