Rather than focusing on direct instruction, the books encourage curiosity, observation, kindness, and thoughtful questions. Companion resources for parents and teachers are also included to help support conversations at home and in educational settings.
Philbrick says the goal of Clara Stories is not to make children experts in finance or technology, but to help them feel comfortable asking questions about a rapidly changing world.
