Rodan Energy Aquires MEI Energy Solutions

Mississauga, Ontario Jul 21, 2025 (EMWNews.com) – Rodan Energy Solutions, a North American leader in grid optimization and distributed energy solutions, has acquired MEI Energy Solutions Ltd., a respected provider of project management, supply and installation of electrical systems for power producers, utilities and large industrial/commercial clients. This deal significantly enhances Rodan Energy’s ability to deliver large-scale Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployments and expands its engineering, assembly, programming, installation, and maintenance capabilities for advanced metering, SCADA, and other grid-edge technologies across North America. 

This strategic move strengthens Rodan Energy’s position as a full-spectrum provider of grid-edge infrastructure and energy asset optimization solutions for utilities, power producers, and large energy users across North America. The integration of MEI’s capabilities supports Rodan Energy’s growing portfolio of services, including the design, build, ownership, and operation of battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, EV charging and microgrids–critical components of a modern, resilient, and decarbonized power grid.
