Save a village from starvation with a garden GoFundMe Boost ViralExposure ZumaFunder.com EMWNews

Save a village!!! I am raising money to help a young man named Bakary Manka who lives in a small rural village called Puakaw in The Gambia, Africa. He cares for his 2 young siblings and grandmother. His mother died a few years back. Instead of sending him money for food… again, i asked him to find a piece of land that he and the village could buy to have a food garden. He found a beautiful plot that’s 50mx50m and the owner wants only $1000usd. He’s talked all the young men in the village to get ready to work the land and become self sustained. We are asking for $2000. The reason is because the land is $1000 but there are fees and he had to hire a driver to get him to the nearest town which is 2 days trip to get the money. And of course they’re gonna need tools. How can you farm without basic tools like shovels, picks etc.. Al extra money will be used to bring in teachers to teach the people about farming and food sovereignty. We envision this garden as a refuge and educational center for the village to get strong and healthy together. This is a great cause! You will be helping so many people! God bless you for your consideration and donation to our brothers and sisters in Pukaw. Thank you!
