The Comeback Coach LLC Launches Faith-Based Mindset & Confidence Coaching

for Women and Teen Girls

The Comeback Coach LLC, founded by Scottsdale educator, counselor, and community leader Chass Onkst, officially announces the launch of its personalized coaching practice dedicated to empowering women and teen girls.

Rooted in Chrisitan faith, neuroscience-informed practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles, The Comeback Coach provides personalized one-on-one coaching experiences designed to help women and teen girls overcome limiting beliefs, rebuild self-worth, strengthen emotional resilience, and confidently step into who they were created to be through a customized process tailored to each client’s unique needs, with sessions focused on confidence development, emotional regulation, mindset renewal, attachment patterns, self-worth, and lasting personal transformation. 

“At The Comeback Coach, transformation begins internally,” said founder Chass Onkst. “My mission is to create a space where women and girls feel supported, renewed, empowered, and equipped to break unhealthy cycles, strengthen confidence, and fully step into their purpose.”

Onkst brings years of experience in education, counseling, behavioral therapy, and social-emotional wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Counseling & Human Relations. In addition to her professional work, she serves as Vice Chair Commissioner for the City of Scottsdale Human Relations Commission, advocating for emotional wellness, youth empowerment, and community connection.
