Faes – Co. expands partnership with investment manager Triple Point

Santa Monica, California Apr 30, 2026 (EMWNews.com) – Faes & Co., an investment firm led by former
LendInvest plc founder Christian Faes, has expanded it’s partnership with UK-based investment manager Triple Point. The expanded partnership includes additional funding that will allow for the continued growth of Faes & Co.’s real estate bridging finance platform, F2 Finance.

Faes & Co. is an investment firm that actively builds and invests in technology-enabled lending and related businesses. It also manages the Faes & Co Income Fund, a private credit fund for accredited investors that invests alongside the firm’s institutional investors in loans originated by its platform.

In early 2023, the firm launched F2 Finance, which is focused on providing real estate bridging finance to property entrepreneurs and investors in the United States. F2 Finance is now actively lending in 16 states, including key markets such as California, Texas and Florida, and has a team of 12 people working from it’s headquarters in Santa Monica.

Triple Point initially backed Faes & Co.’s F2 Finance platform with a funding line back at the
start of Q2 in 2024. Following a close review of the ramp-up of the F2 Finance platform, Triple
Point has agreed to provide significant additional funding and runway for further growth in
lending for the group. The expanded multi-year partnership also provides F2 Finance with the
ability to increase individual loan limits, and provides greater flexibility for lending against
commercial real estate assets.
