iliant Capital acted as the exclusive advisor to TechMatrix and its promoter shareholders, providing end-to-end support including transaction structuring and negotiations.

This marks iliant Capital’s fifth transaction in the Salesforce ecosystem, reaffirming its deep domain expertise and leadership in the technology services M&A space.

This strategic collaboration brings together TechMatrix’s deep Salesforce capabilities with Uneecops’ strengths in ERP, AI, and analytics, forming a powerful platform that enables end-to-end enterprise transformation.
