DPF Fixer, established in 2020, restores diesel particulate filters on site within two hours, at a fraction of the cost and downtime of dealer replacement. Ben’s Gutters, the firm’s first investment, has been consolidated from a single operator in West Sussex into the country’s largest residential building-envelope business, with more than 75 operatives, over 11,000 independent reviews and an average rating of 4.8; its commercial division serves institutional clients, among them hospitals, schools and warehouses, to international standards of quality, environment and safety. Hackness Grange occupies land granted by Elizabeth I, and Highley Manor has been associated with the Shelley family since 1669. The collection extends to Dalston Hall in Cumbria, Plas Maenan above the River Conwy and Highfield Hall on the Welsh border, and, in the United States, The Larimore in St. Louis, Bella Cosa on Florida’s Lake Pierce and Cottonwood Barn. Together the estates carry some six hundred years of provenance, an attribute that capital cannot manufacture and that the firm regards as integral to their value.

Stuart Guy is a British entrepreneur and principal investor who founded Stockbridge and built it from inception, and who has consistently placed the work above any claim to recognition.
