My name is Colleen Chadwick. I am raising funds to help replace my stolen vehicle. I care for my Mother with Alzheimer’s. We live on a limited income. I chose 4 years ago to quit my job and care for her.  We survive on her SS checks .

Any support would not only  allow me to continue to take my Mom to Dr appointments, Grocery shopping,pick up medications,but allow her to continue to attend an Alzheimer’s daycare center. This center has helped her live a more fulfilled life style. I would be so grateful for any support and I know my Mom would also.
