Former CEO of Western Sierra Bancorp, Gary Gall, Accepts Position



    FOLSOM, Calif., July 24 /EMWNews/ -- Commerce Bank of

Folsom (OTC Bulletin Board: CBFM), soon to be Sierra Vista Bank announced

today, Gary D. Gall has been elected to and appointed Chairman of the Board

of Directors pending regulatory approval. Current Chairman, Brady Whitlow

will remain on the Board as Vice Chairman. "We are excited and pleased to

add someone with Gary's experience and community relationships to our

team," stated Brady Whitlow.



    Gall comes to Commerce Bank of Folsom with a total of 33 years of

banking experience in management, lending, banking laws and regulations

with the majority of those years specifically focused on community banking.

Gall has collected many accomplishments throughout his career, which

include serving as the President of California Community Bankers

Association. He most recently led Western Sierra Bancorp as the President

and CEO. During his 13 year tenure there he grew assets from $50 million

with four branches to over $1.2 billion and 31 branches and was recognized

nationally for performing in the top 5 percent of community banks.

for the Cameron Park County Club.
