APR Bridges Malaysia-China Collaboration to Advance TVET (Electronics – EV Repair Skills) in Selangor

Bhd. has marked a historic milestone by connecting Selangor with one of China’s leading digital repair enterprises, ChinaFix (Shenzhen Xinxunwei Technology Co., Ltd.), resulting in the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) involving APR, the Selangor Technical Skills Development Centre (STDC), and ChinaFix.

The MoU, facilitated by APR, establishes a framework for technology transfer, board-level electronic repair, electric vehicle (EV) repair & maintenance, and technical training, aimed at strengthening Selangor’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) ecosystem.

APR as the Bridge Between Malaysia and China
This landmark collaboration was made possible through APR’s initiative in bringing together STDC and ChinaFix, bridging two nations in the field of advanced repair technologies. As the primary enabler, APR will localise and implement ChinaFix’s expertise for Malaysia, while STDC will serve as the state’s training base to nurture local talent.

APR will also play a pivotal role in driving regional expansion across Southeast Asia, targeting markets such as Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Myanmar.

Strengthening TVET and Regional Growth
The delegation of Selangor led by Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari to Shenzhen, underscoring the state government’s commitment to positioning Selangor as a regional hub for TVET.

Through this collaboration, APR is set to elevate Malaysia’s capabilities in board-level repair, IT refurbishment, and EV repair & maintenance, ensuring that local engineers are trained with world-class standards.
