provides enhanced services to investors, broker-dealers and registered

    Among many new features, this more robust site provides investors with

secure online access to current information about their accounts. This

functionality is a result of Behringer Harvard's industry-first

relationship with DST Systems, the nation's largest third-party provider of

mutual fund transfer agency services. In February, Behringer Harvard became

the first non- listed REIT management company to have its products on the

DST Systems recordkeeping platform.



    Financial professionals in the company's selling network can use the

new site to obtain secure access to Behringer Harvard AccountVision. This

tool supplies a customized view of DST Vision(R), one of the financial

services industry's most widely used online account management tools for

intermediaries. Selling group members can use the site to enroll and

receive a new DST Vision ID, or those with current access to DST Vision can

use their current Vision ID and password to access account information.

as a new capability to print client mailing labels by fund.
