Vice President of Commercial Banking at Penn Liberty Bank in Wayne,

Pennsylvania.



    Mr. Forcino joined Penn Liberty Bank in August 2004 as a Credit Analyst

for the Commercial Lending Division. In 2006, Mr. Forcino was promoted to

Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking managing commercial

relationships primarily in Chester and Delaware Counties.



    Mr. Forcino earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bucknell

University and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.



    Mr. Forcino resides in Bryn Mawr with his wife.
