CA Global Learning Executive to Discuss Training Remote Staff Using Virtual Lab Technology

Surgient Webinar to Discuss Effective Hands-on Training With Virtual Labs

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 11 /EMWNews/ -- Surgient, the visionary and

market leader of self-service virtualization automation and lab management,

today announced a Webinar, "Training Remote Staff More Effectively with

Virtual Labs." Scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 2 p.m. ET and

featuring Michael Lux, vice president of global learning at CA, the Webinar

will discuss the use of virtualization technology to provide business

constituents, including employees, partners and customers, with

self-service access to hands-on training.

Live online training has increased significantly as a delivery method

for cost-effective training around the world. However, many organizations

are still finding it difficult to effectively deliver and satisfy the needs

of all staff members, including remote individuals. Virtual labs enable

true hands-on learning to users while eliminating costly travel to training

sessions.

This Webinar will feature a case study on CA's use of virtual labs

technology to more efficiently deliver hands-on training across the globe.

It will also include a best practices discussion to help attendees learn

how to turn a training program into a competitive advantage and

successfully deliver online learning to employees, customers and partners.
