CineMaya Media Group Completes Acquisition of MMA Independent Alliance, Inc.

NEW YORK, NY–(EMWNews – August 14, 2008) – CineMaya Media Group (PINKSHEETS: CNMY)

announced the completion of the acquisition of The MMA Independent

Alliance, Inc. as it continues with its reorganization plan.

The MMA Independent Alliance is a consortium of Independent Mixed Martial

Arts Producers that will partner and/or pledge to produce 3-5 events a year

for the Alliance. The Alliance will support the producers with national

marketing, public relations (for events and fighters), business development

and infrastructure as well as working partnerships with entertainment live

producers. This gives a unique and different twist to the production of

MMA events.

The business plan also includes acquisitions which will include fight

promotions, management / merchandising and public relations opportunities.

Along with the sports production the Alliance will partner with

entertainment live event producers to produce pre & post event

entertainment celebration events.

The Board of Directors has also appointed Rick Papaleo to the third Board

seat and Mr. Papaleo will assume the President’s position.

Mr. Papaleo, a business development consultant, has experience in the

Public Markets and Entertainment Industry and now is expanding in the Mixed

Martial Arts industry.

A major part of the companies plan is to increase revenues, reduce debt

with growth in new markets and new business opportunities.

The company plans additional acquisitions and is planning an aggressive

media campaign.
