I have been blessed with a life saving service dog named Andy. Andy is trained to alert me to changes in my blood sugar up to 40 minutes before it drops or rises. I have been a diabetic for close to 30 years and I can no longer feel when my sugars change.
I have numerous medical issues all stemming from the diabetes and Andy has saved me more times than I can count in the last year. I was lucky enough to find a company who did not make me pay Andy in full before delivery, however, I am disabled from this disease and on a fixed limited income.
These amazing Hero pups are not covered by insurance so help is needed so I do not lose my best friend and life saver. If you can not afford to donate please just share our story.
