Kettera Strategies Selects Bite Stream as Exclusive Digital Subscription and Investor Onboarding Platform

Chicago, Illinois Mar 26, 2026 (EMWNews.com) – Kettera Strategies, the Chicago-based alternative investment platform operator, today announced its adoption of Bite Stream, the digital investor experience platform for investor onboarding, subscriptions, and investor management developed by Bite Investments, as the exclusive electronic subscription and investor management system for Kettera’s Hydra managed account marketplace.

Kettera’s Hydra platform provides investors access to curated liquid, diversifying trading strategies. The integration of Bite Stream represents a significant step in Kettera’s mission to modernize the investor experience and expand access to institutional-quality strategies in this space.

Bite Stream provides digital infrastructure for investor onboarding, subscriptions, investor relations, and compliance workflows, forming part of an end-to-end platform designed to streamline the investor experience by replacing fragmented manual processes with a single, integrated system.  With Kettera integrating the system, Hydra investors will benefit from a fully digital onboarding process enabling electronic subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers across Hydra Cells and related vehicles. The system replaces traditional paper documentation and manual workflows with a streamlined interface designed to improve efficiency and operational oversight.

Stein explained that it was these very structural features that required the firm to evaluate more than six different technology solutions over three years. “While investors love our fund structures, most e-subscription platforms did not,” Stein said. “We were a round peg in a square hole. Kettera also believes the Bite Stream system will accelerate adoption of the Hydra platform among U.S. wealth advisors and RIAs, where efficient digital transaction capability is a key requirement.
