Expo Holdings, Inc. Ships Orders to Wilkes County School District

NORTH WILKESBORO, NC–(EMWNews – July 16, 2008) – Expo Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPH), a holding Company, which wholly owns D&D Displays, Inc., is pleased

to announce it has shipped completed orders to 4 High Schools in Wilkes

County School District as well as Socrates Academy in Mathews, N.C.

The 5 schools affected are North, West, East, Central Wilkes High Schools

and Socrates Academy. The company has started expanding its focus on

governmental contracts in order to build up its past performance history.

This will allow the company to begin seeking Federal contracts. The company

will shortly file with the Central Contractor Registry and begin submitting

bids through the Federal Business Opportunities web site for Federal and

State contracts.
