    Founded by Steven M. Ross -- a former Sony Executive with more than 25

years of human resources (HR) and business operations experience in the

technology, consumer electronics and video game industries -- MacCloud &

Associates partners with its clients to recruit and retain leading human

resources, supply chain and operations executives. In addition, the company

provides clients with customized, tailored consulting services in the areas

of organizational design, development and optimization.

    About Steven M. Ross



    Prior to founding MacCloud & Associates, Mr. Ross served for 11 years

as a member of the senior executive team responsible for building Sony's

PlayStation video game business in North America. As Senior Vice President

of Operations at Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA), Mr. Ross

oversaw HR, supply chain/distribution, consumer/customer service,

information technology, format quality assurance, and facilities/security.

In addition, as an officer and member of the SCEA executive team, he helped

define and execute the strategic direction of the company, as well as

product positioning within North America and global PlayStation product

operations.



    Before joining SCEA, Mr. Ross held senior level HR positions within

Sony's Business and Professional Products Group where he held division HR

responsibilities across the United States. Prior to his extensive tenure at

Sony, Mr. Ross held HR management positions within the LAN and

micro-to-mainframe communications industries.
