VANCOUVER, BC–(EMWNews – August 18, 2008) – Forum National Investments Ltd. (FNI) (
ended June 30, 2008. (All figures in Canadian dollars.)
For the third quarter ended June 30, 2008, FNI reported that revenues rose
nearly tenfold (961%) to $ 7,472,408, while net income rose to $ 4,498,257,
versus revenues and net income of $ 704,391 and $ 23,171, respectively for
the comparable year ago period.
For the nine months ended June 30, 2008, the company reported a 245%
increase in revenues leading to record revenues and net income of $
12,379,138 and $ 5,710,833, respectively as compared to revenues of $
3,582,212 and net income of $ 926,432 for the period ended June 30, 2007.
“Our financial results for the third quarter were extremely robust, and
reflect the strength of our Life Settlement business, which we launched
less than a year ago,” said Dan Clozza, President and CEO, FNI. “We are
focusing our management and financial resources on aggressively, yet
prudently, increasing our Life Settlement portfolio as a means of growing
revenues, profitability and shareholder value.”
