Pitchstone Engages Investor Relations Firm

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(EMWNews – July 14, 2008) – Pitchstone Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:PXP) (“Pitchstone”) is pleased to announce that it has retained JNS Capital Corp. (JNS) to provide investor relations services. The specific services will be provided by Jag Sandhu, President of JNS. Mr. Sandhu has a B.A. in economics and has held positions of vice president corporate development and finance with several Canadian public companies.

The role of JNS will be to improve shareholder communications for Pitchstone and expand its field of potential investors. Steve Blower, President of Pitchstone, commented that “with the large amount of drilling and other exploration activities we’re undertaking in Canada and Africa this year, it is important that investors be kept up to date with clear and regular communication. Jag will help us to be more focused on achieving that.”

JNS is a Vancouver based investor relations firm specializing in capital market solutions for junior mining companies. In consideration of the services to be provided, Pitchstone will pay JNS $5,000 per month and issue 80,000 share purchase options exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $1.07 per share. The initial term of the contract is one year and either party may terminate the arrangement with 30 days notice.

Pitchstone is actively exploring for uranium in four proven districts. The property portfolio features ten projects in the eastern Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, five of which are joint ventured with Uranium One Inc. and five being 100% owned. In addition, there are four joint venture projects with Triex Minerals in the Hornby Bay Basin, Nunavut, an exploration partnership with Cameco and Motapa Diamonds in the Franceville Basin, Gabon, and an option on three projects in Namibia. Pitchstone has a unique group of geologists with extensive uranium exploration and production experience.
