Hartco Declares Monthly Distribution

MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(EMWNews – Aug. 15, 2008) – Hartco Income Fund (TSX:HCI.UN) (the “Fund”) announced today a cash distribution for the month of August 2008 of $0.05 per unit. The distribution will be payable on September 15, 2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2008.

Hartco Income Fund’s policy is to pay monthly distributions on or about the fifteenth day of each month to unitholders of record on the last day of the preceding month.

Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to withholding taxes in respect of any distributions made by Hartco Income Fund.
