Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund Announces August Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(EMWNews – Aug. 20, 2008) – Resolve Business Outsourcing Income Fund (the “Fund”) (TSX:RBO.UN) today announced a cash distribution to Unitholders of $0.0833 per unit, covering the period from August 1, 2008 to August 31, 2008. The distribution will be paid on September 19, 2008 to Unitholders of record at the close of business on August 29, 2008.

This cash distribution is consistent with disclosure of the Fund’s distribution policy in the prospectus dated March 9, 2006.

Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be required to pay all withholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions of income by the Fund.
