HTN Inc. Announces Shares for Debt Filing

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(EMWNews – July 14, 2008) –

HTN Inc. (“HTN”) (TSX VENTURE:HET) is pleased to announce that it will be filing a shares for debt application with the TSX Venture Exchange to satisfy the amounts outstanding to a consultant of HTN, for the period from August, 2002 to January, 2003. These shares are being issued pursuant to an agreement reached between HTN and the consultant. An aggregate of 2,400,000 shares of HTN at a deemed price of $0.05 per share are proposed to be issued to the consultant pursuant to this application.
