The common shares of Lakefield Marketing Corp. (“LKFD”) are currently suspended from trading on CNQ for failure to comply with CNQ requirements (Bulletin 2007-0613). Pursuant to CNQ Policy 3-4.1, Lakefield was subject to automatic delisting September 24, following the 90 day suspension.
Lakefield has requested and been granted 90 day extensions while the company works toward remedying the default which gave rise to the suspension.
The Company has requested and been granted a further 90 day extension to June 30, 2008. If the Company has not been reinstated for trading it will be automatically delisted pursuant to CNQ Policy.
