International Call For Support Freedom in Iran

Tehran, Iran Sep 9, 2024 (EMWNews.com) – The Iranian National Civil Resistance and Disobedience Movement (INCRD) announces a coordinated call for peaceful, nonviolent demonstrations across Iran on September 15, 2024. This initiative, organized by the Shahyad Team–a network of INCRD members–aims to rally citizens and labor forces in a unified expression of solidarity for freedom, democracy, and human rights in Iran. Hundreds of teams across the country have distributed the call, and INCRD is encouraged by the overwhelming support received from the people of Iran.

INCRD urges world leaders and democratic nations to stand with the Iranian people in their peaceful pursuit of change. We call upon the Iranian government to allow these demonstrations to proceed without suppression, in accordance with the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which guarantees the right to peaceful assembly.

The INCRD is committed to ensuring that these protests remain nonviolent, and we reaffirm our dedication to peaceful civil disobedience as the only path forward. This demonstration is a critical moment for Iranians to voice their demands for greater freedoms, human rights, and democratic changes. We ask the international community to not only support the Iranian people but to pressure the regime to respect the rights of its citizens to peacefully express their desire for change.
