Media Advisory: Major Investment Increases Ottawa’s Capacity for Hospital-Based Research

OTTAWA, ONTARIO–(EMWNews – Aug. 20, 2008) – On August 21, 2008, Dr. Eliot Phillipson, President and CEO of the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), will be joined by the Honourable John Baird, Minister of the Environment, in Ottawa, to announce a major investment in cutting-edge infrastructure for large-scale, hospital-based research.
