TORONTO–( EMWNews – April 4, 2008) – Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX: PAE)

(TSX: PAE), an integrated global entertainment company, today announced

that following the filing, March 31, of its November 30, 2007 interim

financial statements. The Ontario Securities Commission as well as the

British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a Revocation Order to the

Management and Insider Cease Trade order dated December 13, 2007, which

prohibited trading by Directors, Officers and certain employees of Peace

Arch in the securities of the Company.

As of April 3, 2008, the aforementioned Management and Insider Cease Trade

Order is no longer in effect and the Directors, Officers and employees of

the Company that were listed in the Notice of Default are free to trade in

the securities of the Company.
