André Carvalho arrived in the U.S. in 2002 with the dream of pursuing a professional soccer career, but he soon discovered his true path in entrepreneurship. Today, he leads teams, provides mentorship, and works as a writer and speaker. For André, business growth is inseparable from personal development. “We learned early on that a business only grows when the people within it grow too,” he says. “My focus now is to help other immigrants see possibilities and find direction.”

Raphael Carvalho holds a degree in Business Administration from a U.S. university and has completed executive programs at institutions such as Columbia Business School. Combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience, he and his brother developed a replicable management model focused on sustainable expansion.
