Brazil’s Modern Logistics looks to US, Mexico, M-A for expansion

The firm’s growth and expansion into foreign markets and e-commerce is significantly strengthened by the recent acquisition of 737-800 cargo aircraft. Modern Logistics is engaged with Sea-Air, which combines sea and air transport, which was critical to cargo transport from Amazonia to points across Brazil during recent droughts. The Company maintains a partnership with ATC Aviation Services which strategically positions the firm for South American expansion including Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay.
