Affordable Living for the Low Income

I provide affordable housing (apartments inside my house) for myself and low income individuals in the Pittsburgh area. I live in a section called Wilkinsburg where a lot of building and renovating is taking place. One might call it “gentrification.” It is becoming very difficult for many of the lower income class to find suitable and affordable places to live.
However, to keep providing this necessary service, some necessary repairs are needed: 2 decks in rear, a fire escape, gutters and downspouts and sidewalk need to be upgraded for safety reasons and property value.
