Delicious cakes and health-giving breads Healthy Food Kickstarter CrowdFunding Exposure Campaign

I’d like to offer people organic, health-giving food, gluten free wholesome breads and cakes opening a Bakery Shop & Dinner Saloon in Nice, France. It will be most friendly and entertaining place in the world.

I love all of you and I desire to communicate with you, I desire to have a big house with many bedrooms with a big land where I will have a farm with goats for their wholesome milk, chickens and quail to get eggs and a garden with plenty of various plants, fruits and vegetables as well as a Family Barbecue Restaurant with a Lounge Bar… I desire to host you, make a warm, friendly environment for you, offer natural products and enjoy life with You!

Yes, I have a dream however I’m afraid it will take long time because I live in Nice, at French Riviera where everything is too expensive… Therefore, I decided to start with the small budget business like a bakery.

In this bakery I will bake unusual, unique, amazing breads and cakes.

No preservatives and No artificial ingredients!

You might ask, the variety of breads and cakes are available for sale, they are tasty and lovely decorated, why do we have to donate for your bakery?  

Good question!  

Answer: I will use only verified natural products enormously beneficial and valuable for your health and make them with much love to You. 

Below I will refer to their ingredients but before that I will tell you one story which assured me that the Nature has strongest healing properties.

My son was 18 years old. He got cold and cough due to the bad weather. He had very conventional simple flu with respiratory ailments. He of course got a treatment from a doctor, antibiotics and cough syrup and he was under such treatment for a quite long time but without results… he couldn’t get rid of cough. When he came back from his summer holidays we went to a hospital for checking his lungs by chest ultrasonography.

OMG!

I got shocked!

Doctor radiologist told me that my son has tuberculosis!!!

But… Why?!

He was a football player, he never has been sick!

It was Friday and the end of the working day therefore it was impossible to have an immediate appointment with an appropriate specialist of the tuberculosis, but I found a cell phone number of a pulmonologist and I called her. She gave guidance to start immediately (!) a treatment with strongest antibiotics until we visit her on following Monday.

The same time a friend of mine advised me to see her doctor homeopath and gave me his phone number.

The next day, Saturday, we met with the homeopath Dr. David at his home. Dr. David asked me to make a choice between conventional treatment and his homeopathic treatment. They are not compatible, he claimed.

It was really complicated for me to choose one of them, but something pushed me to trust him.

And the ten days treatment was the following:

1. Once a day I was pouring out a cascade of cold water on my son;

2. Dr. David gave me his homeopathic preparation (herbal infusion), a bottle with about 30 ml of a liquid. My son drank 5-6 drops of this liquid diluted with a glass of water just once a day.

Of course, I was afraid how such treatment can cure him…

Two weeks I spent in stress…

But…Miracle!

The new chest ultrasonography showed, that the lungs were clean and clear. I was surprised and couldn’t believe it!  But it was true! My son had recovery after 10 days of an amazing treatment.

NATURE itself is the best physician!!!

                                              Indeed!!!

Ten years have passed since then and my son never coughed again!

That’s why I changed the ingredients in my breads and in my favorite cakes and enriched them with the natural products avoiding the dangerous additives and manufacturers enhancers and that’s why I would like to share with you my experience.

Last year I decided to make my own bread and I did it. Since that time I bake bread for my family. Bread is so nutritious loaded with essential minerals and vitamins that your body needs that you can easily control your weight without diets remaining healthy and strong.

Now I wish to open a cakes and breads Bakery Shop & Dining Saloon to offer you a wholesome gluten free breads without dairy, yeast and any chemical preservatives, healthful cakes as well as beneficial food for those wanting to meet their health goals.

For health, food (bread, yogurt, cheese) and drinks on leaven are more useful than yeast. And digested by the body better.

I’ll reveal you my mystery. In my recipes I use my homemade leaven (sugar free), not commercial yeast! (You can make your own research what is difference between leaven and yeast. Surely, leaven is excellent product that improve gut health and may also strengthen the immune system).

I use a mix of the different flours like:

Buckwheat; Buckwheat is often considered a tasty alternative to wheat. Buckwheat is a protein and nutrient powerhouse.

Grape seed flour; Grape seed flour could significantly reduce cholesterol levels, abdominal fat and weight gain. The more research that emerges on grape seeds, the more it becomes clear they have wide-reaching health benefits.

Coconut flour; Coconut flour is growing in popularity as more people discover the many health benefits of coconut flour nutrition. Coconut flour helps digestive health, aids in metabolism, provides a source of healthy fats. Coconut flour is made from the meat of fresh coconuts, after it’s been pressed to make coconut milk and most of the oil has been extracted.

Tiger nuts; Tiger nuts consumption can help prevent heart disease and thrombosis and is said to activate blood circulation and reduce the risk of colon cancer. Tiger nuts are also high in magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, vitamins C and E, and have been shown to help slow down cellular aging, control blood pressure and promote a healthy digestive system.

Millet; The best health benefits of millet include its ability to protect the heart, prevent diabetes, improve the digestive system, lower the risk of cancer, detoxify the body, improve respiratory health, boost the immune system, increase energy levels, alkaline-forming, improve the muscle and nerve health. Millet is even mentioned as a treasured crop in the Bible.

Amaranth; Amaranth offers digestive benefits and helps build healthy bones. It’s a great source of protein, fiber, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and iron. It has all nine essential amino acids, making it a “complete” protein.

Pumpkin seeds; Pumpkin seeds contain omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber. This combination has benefits for both the heart and liver.

Quinoa; Quinoa is high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids.

Chickpea flour; Chickpea flour has fewer calories and carbs than either whole-wheat or all-purpose white flour, yet it’s a better source of protein.

Sorghum; Sorghum flour balances blood sugar, helps fight inflammation, cancer and heart disease.

Teff; Teff is a high-fiber food and a strong source of protein, manganese, iron and calcium.

Sweet potato; Sweet potato flour is an excellent source of vitamin A. Cancer-fighting compounds are found to help reduce the potential dangers of heavy metals, such as mercury, cadmium, and arsenic. This is beneficial to individuals diagnosed with digestive problems like irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis, as well as to those who wish to reduce their exposure to metal toxins. Orange-colored sweet potatoes owe their appearance to the carotenoid beta-carotene.

Chestnut flour; Chestnut Benefits for the Brain, Bones, Heart & More. Chestnuts are high in fiber. Dietary fiber resists digestion as it passes through the gastrointestinal tract, which aids in the movement of foods through your digestive tract. Fiber can also alleviate constipation, promote satiety, stabilize blood sugar and help nourish the beneficial bacteria found in your gut.

Lentil flour; Human beings consume lentils since prehistoric times. High in fiber and low in fat, it is also rich in folate (vitamin B9), an essential element for pregnant women, great source of Iron, phosphorus and zinc.

At the end I add Hemp seeds. Hemp seeds are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They are also a great protein source and contain high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.

Eat your plants my Dear People and rock on with your protein-rich selves! All these flours contain high amounts of disease-fighting antioxidants, are very nutritious yet low in calories, promote weight loss by keeping you fuller for longer. So you can easily lose or control your weight including my bread in your daily menu. As the antioxidants, they can help ward off free radicals that damage cells through oxidation, speed up aging and make you vulnerable against chronic diseases. This antioxidants can help support your immune system, as well as lower your risk of heart disease and cancer.

Mother Nature’s got it covered for us in all areas of nutrition; We sure don’t need to insult her and go through the poor cow or chicken to get our protein.

I’d like to make in my bakery also a special bread appropriate for the people with diabetes.

I will use the Sunchoke flour (Called also Ground Apple Flour or Topinambur or Jerusalem artichoke) completing of some gluten free flours. Sunchoke is a unique plant capable of ecological self-protection. It has the property of not taking nitrates, heavy metals, radioactive elements. Its environmental cleanliness practically does not depend on the state of the environment. Thanks to its rich chemical composition, abundance of fiber, protein and especially its high inulin content which is a natural blood glucose regulator the Topinambur gives the food products a powerful healing effect in the fight against diabetes.

At the end I’ll tell you about my Delicious cake. It is really so delicious that my husband’s friends were asking me always bake it size 20 feet container. )))

So, its ingredients are:

1. Egg white;  Egg whites are very low in calories, have pretty much zero cholesterol, are high in protein and provide amino acids that our bodies cannot produce, making them a great choice for most anyone. At a glance, one large egg white has about 16 calories, 3.6 grams of protein, zero fat and a good bit of selenium.

2. Coconut sugar;  Coconut sugar contain a fiber known as inulin. This fiber may help slow glucose absorption, offering an alternative for those dealing with diabetic concerns.

3. Chickpea flour;  Chickpea flour is both a high-fiber and high-protein food, with low glycemic index, balances the body’s pH level, Chickpeas also offer a good array of vitamins and minerals.

4. Walnuts; Walnuts can help improve your mood considering they contain one of the highest amounts of omega-3 fats of any nut that improve brain health and preserve memory. According to many studies, walnuts nutrition benefits cardiovascular health by keeping arteries clear, improving circulation, balancing cholesterol levels and lowering disease-causing inflammation.

5. Raisins; Raisins are popular with all age groups. Raisins nutrition includes being concentrated sources of energy, vitamins, minerals and electrolytes.

6. Pomegranate; Pomegranates are among the top 10 Bible foods that heal the body and the mind! They’re loaded with fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and potassium. It also has three times more antioxidants than red wine and green tea.

Risks and challenges

This is my first project ever using crowdfunding.
I have been in Lyon, at the exhibition of SIRHA GREEN in June this summer and met my future collaborators and suppliers, like Solia and Unikeco. I am ready to start this business. I will do my best to make my Bakery & Dining Saloon famous and desirable at French Riviera.
