Frank Miele has been appointed as a Director in Photomatica. Mr. Frank

Miele has served in various senior management roles in urban development,

communications, and information technology. Mr. Frank Miele’s role in the

Marketing & Economic development of the City of Vaughan is well

established. Mr. Frank Miele in his last role was the Commissioner of

Economic/Technology Development & Communications in the city of Vaughan. He

has also served on the Board of directors of Seneca College of Applied Arts

& technology. Mr. Frank Miele has a Masters degree in Applied Environmental

Studies in Industrial Development from Waterloo University.

Photomatica is in the process of designing, and developing a leading edge

patented runway scanning system. The Company recently announced a proposed

name change to Secure Runway Systems Corp. and changed its web site to

www.securerunwaysystems.com. It intends focusing on the aviation industry,

and will design, develop and market niche products in a continuing process

to increase shareholder value.

The Company recently completed a 5-for-1 forward stock split of its issued

and outstanding shares of common stock, and the Company now has 31,000,000

shares of common stock issued and outstanding
