Qivliq LLC in a separate agreement, marketing to the Turkish & French Militaries

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA–(EMWNews – Aug. 6, 2008) – Gatorz Inc. (“Gatorz”) (TSX VENTURE:GTZ) today announced that it has signed a three-year re-seller agreement with TKC Global, LLC, a Qivliq LLC subsidiary, to market and distribute Gatorz eyewear to the U.S. military and government agencies including the DEA, FBI and Homeland Security. In a separate agreement Qivliq LLC will market Gatorz eyewear to the French and Turkish Militaries.

“We are extremely excited about our long-term relationship with Qivliq primarily because eyewear sales to global military and government agencies are estimated to be in excess of $150 million per year. Gatorz expects that over the next three years it will be able to capture 10% of this market” stated Kerry Lynch, Chief Executive Officer of Gatorz.

While TKC Global becomes the exclusive distributor for Gatorz sunglasses to the U.S. military and U.S. government agencies, Qivliq will be marketing to the French and Turkish militaries, In addition to the U.S Military and security forces, some of TKC Global’s existing clients are: AT&T, Qwest, Korea Telecom Corp and Rapiscan Systems.
