ICTV Reports Record Finacial Results

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON–(EMWNews – Aug. 18, 2008) – International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) (“ICTV” or “The Company”) a premier consumers products company employing the strength of revenue generating, prominently profiled infomercial campaigns to market and brand unique “Fountain of Youth” products to the global consumer through multi-channels of distribution including Direct Response Television (“DRTV”), retail and the internet comments on its financial performance for the six months ending June 30th 2008.

The Company is pleased to report the following.

– Gross Revenue for the six months ending June 30, 2008 grew to $7,950,707 from $4,834,797 in the same period for 2007. This represents a 64% increase.

– Revenue for 2nd Quarter 2008 of $4,281,949 increased $613,191 from 2008 1st Quarter of $3,668,758.

– Net Profit for 2nd Quarter 2008 of $260,298 represented an increase of $150,317 from 2008 1st Quarter of $109,981 – an increase of 73%.

Working Capital for the company has increased to $6,481,720 at June 30th, 2008 from $6,042,085 at December 31st, 2007 – an increase of $439,635 and 7.3%.

The company has invested in its future by funding and releasing a new infomercial for its DermaWand product in second quarter 2008, and expanding its new product development for products which it plans on introducing to the market place in second half 2008 and first half 2009. In addition, the company opened its new corporate operations office in Wayne, Pennsylvania at the beginning of the second quarter 2008 with the purpose of building a strong operating platform to handle the company’s rapid revenue growth.
