Kilimanjaro Mining Continues Gold Exploration in Tanzania

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–( EMWNews – April 2, 2008) – Kilimanjaro Mining Company (KMCI) is pleased to provide an update of exploration results from gold projects in Tanzania.

Kinyambwiga Gold Project

Gold assays continue to be reported from colluvium and bedrock samples acquired from trenches and pits near gold veins at Kinyambwiga.

A total of 212 soil samples and 355 trench samples have been sent for assay; 100 soil and 135 trench samples have been received.

These results appear to extend mineralized trends beyond the active artisanal mine workings by up to several kilometers.

Significant gold assay results include:

– 0.48 grams/tonne

– 2.93 grams/tonne

– 1.94 grams/tonne

Future drill targets will be further defined once all assay results are available.

A ground magnetic survey was recently completed and processing of the field data is underway; when these results are available an induced polarization survey may be planned to locate future drill holes.

Geita Gold Project

A ground based magnetic survey was recently completed at the Geita license in northern Tanzania.

Preliminary data processing indicates that strong northwest and northeast trending structural directions appear to intersect in the northern part of KMCI’s property.

The ground based magnetic survey succeeded in defining and projecting structural trends from outcropping locations into areas of shallow cover.

The company is considering an electrical induced polarization survey over the structural intersections to further define possible drill targets.

KMCI’s Geita gold property is located adjacent to AngloGold-Ashanti’s world famous Geita gold mine.
