Knoll Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    EAST GREENVILLE, Pa., Aug. 14 /EMWNews/ -- Knoll, Inc.

(NYSE: KNL) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared

a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share payable September 30, 2008, to

stockholders of record on September 15, 2008.
