mortgage industry, today announced James Wade was promoted to assistant

vice president of security and compliance. In his new role, Wade ensures

that the company exceeds the highest levels of physical and information

security. In addition, he leads internal support issues that include help

desk functions and network monitoring, while also overseeing IT, business

continuity planning and disaster recovery design and implementation

efforts.



    Prior to his current position, Wade was director of quality assurance

and compliance. He was responsible for creating test plans and test scripts

for MCS360 applications. MCS360 is an automated workflow application that

enables the transfer of information between MCS, its vendor network and its

clients in real time. MCS360 facilitates all work order related

communication for every project, including bids, work orders, damage orders

and completion reports. Wade was also responsible for coordinating the risk

assessments of customers and developing security policies for MCS IT to

ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.



    Before MCS, Wade was senior quality assurance engineer with Fortress

Technologies. He was responsible for testing various wireless security

applications and hardware that Fortress designed for various U.S. military

branches. In addition, Wade was a master technical instructor for Network

General Corporation where he provided high-level network analysis training

to Fortune 500 companies around the U.S. that utilized Network General's

Sniffer Protocol Analysis tool. Wade also developed training material for

wireless network analysis and troubleshooting.



    Wade has received major company recognition as a Certified Wireless

Network Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco

Certified Network Associate, Network General Sniffer Certified Master and

Certified Network Expert in Ethernet & Token-Ring Analysis.
