Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. Declares Increased Quarterly Distribution
RADNOR, Pa.–(EMWNews)–The Board of Directors of Penn Virginia Resource GP, LLC, the general
partner of Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (NYSE:PVR), today
declared a quarterly distribution of $0.46 per unit or $1.84 per unit on
an annualized basis. This quarterly distribution represents a $0.01 per
unit, or 2.2%, increase over the $0.45 per unit distribution paid in the
prior quarter and a 9.5% increase over the $1.68 annualized distribution
paid in the same quarter of 2007. The quarterly distribution covers the
period April 1 through June 30, 2008, and is payable on August 14, 2008
to unitholders of record on August 4, 2008.
