accepted a position on Crossing's Board of Directors.

leader in the semiconductor equipment industry for many years, driving

global business operations, spearheading various manufacturing and product

groups and successfully driving up sales. Most recently, MacKnight served

as president and COO of Mattson Technology, Inc. Prior to joining Mattson,

MacKnight was COO at Microbar and vice president and general manager of

Cymer, Inc.
