BellaCloud, Inc. a small boutique investment firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The

acquisition adds up to $500,000.00 in assets to the Company.



    BellaCloud, Inc. focused on private investments in small to medium

business with an average of 15%-30% return on investment within 18 month

from the initial investment. The operations of BellaCloud, Inc. will be

absorbed into Strata Capital Corp. therefore decreasing overall costs.
