What: 4C Controls Inc. will share how it has made significant

steps towards delivering on its business plan within the past 30 days

satellite SAR and optical images.

The company provides high-resolution real-time SAR imagery up to 1M

Ground Sampling Distance and high resolution panchromatic and

multispectral images. In addition, it is building its own Ground

Receiving Stations around the world.

4C Controls expects to launch its own high resolution (1m) Earth

Observation SAR and optical satellites by 2011. As well as security

applications, these satellites can be used to identify floods, droughts,

landslides, volcanic activity, seismic activity, forest fire and oil

spills.

A strategic alliance with a major world leading manufacturer of high

resolution SAR satellites will be announced. The cooperation includes

the production of two high resolution SAR satellites.
