indenture governing its 13.5% Senior Notes due 2015 (the "Notes"), CW Media

Holdings Inc. (the "Issuer") is required to make certain reports and other

information available to holders of Notes, prospective investors,

securities analysts and market makers by posting such reports and

information on Intralinks or any comparable password protected online data

system, which will require a confidentiality acknowledgement. The Issuer

today announced that it has posted its report for the six-month period

ended June 30, 2008 on Intralinks. The Issuer intends to post on Intralinks

any future reports and any other information it is required to post on a

password protected online data system under the indenture governing the
