is pleased to announce the promotion of John Lutz, to President. Lutz, who

had been Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Technology Officer,

will continue in his role as Chief Technology Officer.

    Lutz will now be responsible for leading FireStream's sales,

consulting, customer care and development teams. His focus will be to

manage the Company's continued efforts to drive growth, innovation and

customer satisfaction.



    Lutz brings more than 11 years experience in petroleum operations and

technology to his new role. Prior to joining FireStream in 2006, Lutz held

senior management roles for Davidson Oil Company, a petroleum wholesaler

and common carrier in Texas.
