The Directors of Aquarius Media plc regret that they must announce that Aroon Maharajh, the Chief

Executive  of  the  Company,  unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday 19 August.   The  Directors  are

currently reviewing the Company's position and will update the market as appropriate.



The  final results announcement was due by the end of the month, however, under the circumstances,

PLUS  Markets  have advised that the announcement can be delayed until the end of  September.  The

Directors intend to issue the announcement as soon as practicable before the end of September  and

will aim to provide further information to the market as soon as they are able.



Whilst  there is shock and deep upset within the Company, everyone is still totally committed  and

dedicated to running and growing this business in the way Aroon wanted.



The Board sends its deepest sympathies to the family as come to terms with their loss.



The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
