I come to you with an urgent plea for help. I am the owner of B4B Earth Tea LLC, and I am currently facing a lawsuit from the FDA, FTC, and DOJ. The US Government is accusing me of deceiving people with false claims about my plant-based drink that supports the immune system. Let me tell you a little bit about my story. In 2020, I battled a sickness that had never been seen before. With no treatment or cure available, I created a plant-based drink that helped me overcome the issue. Others with the same issue also recovered after trying my product. As more people tried it, they realized that other issues were being resolved, and I began to study the importance of the immune system.

I gave away free bottles of my product to collect data, and the results were astounding. I found that my plant-based drink was successfully supporting the immune system, and I stand behind my product with 100% confidence. However, the US Government is claiming that all of my publications are fake and false, and I would like to see the evidence that supports their accusations.

I am confident that I can back up everything, and I would like a fair trial in the Eastern district court of New York.
