announced that it will be adding three new 3D destinations to its ClearTime

Software. These virtual meeting rooms will be initially offered in three

flavors called the Board Room for formal meetings; the Lab for engineering

and planning sessions, and the Lounge for those who want a more relaxed and

innovative, think-outside-the-box, style of team efforts. Each caller can

create or personalize his business avatar, use his own voice, speak in a

dozen languages via text input and even have his or her face or unique

mannerisms imprinted on his personal representative. If a resource is

needed, a Virtual Assistant called Dorothy will get the files or

information, display it to all in the meeting, keep track of time, keep the

meeting focused and call others to the table to assist the group.

Dorothy, an advanced AI digital assistant, will be embedded in the

corporation’s web based software that will be available to the general

employees and reside on their back end server software that resides

securely at the corporate office, its branches, or customers if need be.

The digital assistant and the business meeting avatars will be written

entirely in LISP and will be faster, smarter and more humanlike in their

responses and social interactions than any other customer service tool ever

released for use.

The AI meeting secretary Dorothy will be able to bring a true conference

meeting assistant that can think, analyze and then respond by talking and

showing you information stored on the corporate system, at your corporate

partners, or on independent databases or anywhere on the web. Dorothy will

never tire, never become impatient, will speak many languages, correct

comments or voice on the fly, look up information instantly and even keep

you current on the social protocols of the guests in the meeting with you.

The AI assistant can be talking to you while asking a question of the

service provider, negotiating a feature or price in dozens of locations, in

their native language and delivering the results in your and your other

guests’ native tongues instantly. Dorothy is like having an entire

international staff researching your question and working full time to

provide you with a solution while you continue with your meeting.
