WAMBIA CAPITAL (Boyds, MD) to Facilitate Portfolio Investment in Africa & Safaricom IPO
BOYDS, MA–( EMWNews – March 31, 2008) – Wambia Capital is seeking investors who wish to
invest in African Marketable Securities, Private Equity, and in Project
Finance deals. Target clients include institutional investors and
Qualified High Net-Worth Individuals. Wambia Capital accepts mandates for
custodial, discretionary, non-custodial, and non-discretionary accounts. It
is also accepting applications from eligible potential clients (i.e.
institutional and high net worth investors) who wish to invest in the much
anticipated Safaricom Initial Public Offer (IPO) in Kenya through the

Wambia Capital will assist investors to access the allocation to Morgan
Stanley or directly with Kenyan investment banks. In order to comply with
the tight schedule for the Safaricom IPO (which opened on March 28th, 2008
and will close on April 23rd, 2008), Wambia Capital must receive such
expressions with indications of number of shares and amount of cash
available to invest, (USD Equivalent in foreign currency) in writing
(email) by COB April 10th, 2008. Wambia Capital will provide professional
assistance to eligible applicants for a fee.
Wambia Capital has arrangements for investment research, strategy, and best
execution (brokerage) with top-tier investment banks in Kenya.
